Apartments Kata

The house is only a three-minute walk from the city center, which is a plus. The lady is very nice, though communication with her is difficult since she only speaks Croatian, and we couldn’t manage even with a translation app. We got past that in the end. We spent two hours cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen before they were usable. The previous guests had dogs, and fur was everywhere in the apartment, including on the beds, sofa, and floor. The bedding was clean and smelled nice, but the fur made it look dirty. The owner is an older lady and probably keeps the apartments in order on her own, so perhaps she can’t clean them as thoroughly as needed. We spoke with people in the other apartment, and they hadn’t had any cleanliness problems.
