We’ve stayed in a few apartments while visiting family in Suhi Potok, and Nives really impressed us. The studio is compact but had enough room for my husband and me, with plenty of storage, a basic kitchenette with everything we needed, and a very clean interior. There’s a little courtyard with a table and chairs, plus glimpses of the Adriatic. The location is great, with a lovely beachfront and cafe/bar just across the road and the local supermarket about a three-minute walk away. Ivan and his Mother were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He replied quickly, speaks excellent English, and even gave us a bottle of wine from his wedding. We highly recommend it.

The pool and the area around it are lovely, and the pool itself is great. Inside, the accommodation is spotless and tidy, with a well-equipped kitchen, though there’s no microwave. I’m giving it four stars because the location wasn’t ideal for me. The walk back uphill from the beach is constant and pretty tiring if, like me, you’re not into exercise 😁

The neighborhood is quiet, and the place feels ideal for a family holiday. The facility, pool, and surrounding area were exceptionally clean. The hosts were kind and respectful of our space. Definitely recommend.
