We used both villas for a two-week family and friends reunion in June 2018. Being right on the beach was the highlight, though getting to the houses could be tricky at times because the driveway is also used by the owners of the Punta restaurant. The outdoor spaces are beautifully laid out and equipped, and the houses themselves are nicely furnished and decorated. Both barbecues gave off a lot of smoke when we used them, so their chimneys could use some work. The kitchen gear and utensils also weren't up to an acceptable standard. And, unfortunately, the fresh towels and linen changes we'd been promised and expected never came.

I stayed in May and hope to return. The sea view from both the bedroom and dining room was lovely, and I was pleasantly surprised that the photos showed the real rooms, pool and neighbourhood exactly as they are.
