The balcony has a priceless view of the ocean, and the apartment is clean, roomy enough for four, and has everything needed for a relaxing stay, including air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s about 200 meters from the beach and sea, and roughly a three-minute walk from the main spots, restaurants, supermarkets, and Sutivan’s idyllic harbour. The owners were very helpful. They greeted us with cold drinks and fresh towels, and gave us a private parking spot for our car. We’re looking forward to coming back to Sutivan and Villa Magdalena next summer.

The bathroom is the main reason I didn’t give five stars. It’s too small, and some things, including the bathtub and tap, should be changed. The rest left us satisfied: there’s lots of space, the beds are OK, and the older furniture is in good shape. The apartment has very good WiFi and a lovely shaded terrace. The location is excellent, just 2-3 minutes on foot from main beach Bunta one way, and 2-3 minutes from the town promenade and supermarket the other way.
