We were in an apartment with a covered terrace, and the neighbors smoked. I asked the lady, who only speaks German, if we could move to the second floor since she was clearing it out, but she refused. I then politely asked whether she could ask the neighbors to smoke in the house’s large garden, where there are tables. She refused that too. The lady has the upper hand, and we and the kids are going to get it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who isn’t German. In my opinion, kindness to Italian tourists isn’t included in the price.
