The staff and owners were really nice, and the rooms are modern with everything provided. The location is perfect, definitely worth a visit.

The only thing that could be better was the internet. It was on the slow side, though fine for basic work, and I expect they may improve it in the future. Marija was wonderful to deal with. Whenever we needed something, we contacted her and she somehow made it happen. Everything was new and very clean, and the pool was great. This has been our best accommodation in Croatia so far. The beach is nearby. For the sandy beach we liked best, head toward Biograd, turn right onto the country road through the olive trees after about 30-40 meters, then continue down the small road. It's a bit of an adventure, but worth the extra effort. Totally recommend staying here!

Draženka and Damir were so warm and welcoming, and did everything they could to make our stay memorable. Villa Ivan i Marija in Sv Filip i Jakov is beautiful, spotless, and has all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely water view from the spacious, modern apartments. They were spotlessly clean, as were the very modern pool and gym. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
