The setting worked especially well for remote work or a quiet sunbathing break. The town is small, with visitors mainly from Germany, Poland, France, and the Czech Republic, and there are historical and tourist spots nearby, as well as a large marina in the neighboring city. You can walk straight from the hotel to the beach, just a minute from the room to the water. The sea view is still beautiful, though a new hotel under construction partly blocks it. There is parking on the hotel grounds. We stayed just after the 2021 summer season, and the value for money then was very good. The rooms could use some renovation, but everything worked. The 'Seagull' apartment had a fully equipped kitchenette and working air conditioning, plus a new mattress in the bedroom and a fold-out sofa in the main room. The bathroom is small, while the balcony is large. The service was extremely friendly. The lady handling check-in spoke fluent English and was positive and helpful. She gladly gave my husband information about a good currency exchange and nearby attractions. If marble and gold door handles aren't important to you, I highly recommend this place.

A good price for what you get, and communication before arrival was good too. The room had everything needed for a one-night stay. We were treated kindly and efficiently. I'd recommend the place.
