Villa Aria is a great place for a relaxed, quiet holiday. If you’re after parties, Crikvenica is about 15 minutes away by car, because Villa Aria is no party house. The hosts are lovely and easy to reach by text or phone. The house was the nicest and cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, with a well-equipped kitchen and everything needed to cook. There’s also a large barbecue beside the house, plus an outdoor kitchen and fridge. The pool was spotless, and towels were supplied for both the pool and bathrooms.

This is a quiet place for a relaxing family-style stay, and definitely not a party house. We were very happy with it and pleasantly surprised: the brand-new house is finished to a high standard, and every corner was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and well made, and the bedding and towels felt like hotel quality. It’s the best AirBNB we’ve stayed in so far. The house had been thoughtfully prepared for our group of eight, and we were welcomed with fresh figs and grapes. Thanks, Neven and Barbara, for making our summer 2022 perfect! :-) :-)

We had such a pleasant stay, with plenty of time to relax and unwind. The owners were warm and welcoming, greeted us with fresh fruit, and even took out the trash and cleaned the pool every day. The house is modern and spacious enough for eight, on a generous property with everything we could want: a bocce court, ping-pong table, outdoor kitchen with a grill, and a pool with sun loungers. Highly recommended for a relaxing break, though it isn’t a party place. We’ll definitely be back!

The outdoor space was a highlight, especially the lovely pool and the dining area with a grill, which was perfect for relaxed get-togethers. We spent our last five days in this beautiful villa and had a fantastic time. The nearest town was lovely too, and easy to get to by car. The two owners were incredibly sweet, friendly, and always ready to help. We’ll definitely return.
