I hadn't looked into the place very carefully beforehand, so it turned out to be one of the most pleasant surprises of our holiday. The view is absolutely gorgeous, and the location is so convenient: the taxi-boat to Trogir city centre is three minutes away, while the beach is about 30 seconds away. Having a shop downstairs made things easy, and there's a nice grill restaurant within 300 m. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and was a good quality for such a reasonable price.

There's a small supermarket downstairs in the building with all the usual things you need, and the place is in a great central spot right by the sea, with even a little beach. The view is lovely too. It is on a road, though.

We had a really relaxing stay and made the best of the noise. Our sleep was fine with the balcony door shut and the air conditioning on, and we weren't going to bed before midnight anyway, so we enjoyed watching what was happening outside. The main street brings plenty to see, but two-wheeled show-offs make noise there until around 11:30 pm, which is the main drawback to being a minute from the beach. Some things are a bit makeshift, though easy to fix, so I'd put it closer to 4.5 stars overall. The service was a lovely surprise: after a week, they replaced all the bed linen and towels, including the dish towels, washcloths, and sponges. The landlady was very friendly, discreet, and always available. Thanks so much for the excellent service.

We were able to check in earlier than planned, and the owner was extremely friendly. We stayed for a week in the off-season, just the two of us, and felt very comfortable in the clean room, which had everything we needed. The spot is perfect, right over a small supermarket with all the essentials. There's a little stretch of beach directly across the road, and Trogir is a quick walk away, though the road is hilly. We'd come back.
