We ended up spending a few days at a lovely pebble beach about 500 meters further along, though the planes flying overhead got a bit annoying after a while. The pictures make the accommodation look better than it is, and our stay was very disappointing. It felt run-down and badly in need of renovation. The floor was uneven, like climbing a small hill from the balcony to the bedroom, and it's hard to tell if the flooring was laid poorly or the building is sinking. The apartment was filthy when we arrived, especially the kitchen and refrigerator, which were unhygienic. I had to clean everything thoroughly straight away. There were ants and small, strange flies EVERYWHERE, plus a strong unpleasant smell from a drain that wasn't working properly. This place is definitely not child-friendly. On our first day, the hostess yelled at our children for being too loud in the pool, even though they were following the rules, no jumping or toys in the water. It seemed there were other arbitrary rules depending on her mood. We NEVER left the children alone in the pool. To us they were just playing together, and my son was learning to swim, so there was naturally a lot of splashing. The pool and private beach were disappointing too, with cigarette butts and ash everywhere. After two days I seriously wondered whether the pool was being cleaned at all, since I never saw robots or staff cleaning it at any time of day. A cat regularly wandered around the grounds, which was extremely unpleasant because I'm allergic to cats. The pool is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. My husband kept getting text messages, which was tiring and unpleasant. The hostess also regularly walked around the property in her underwear, a bra and thong. That felt especially inappropriate around the children and could easily have been avoided with a little more decency. It was warm, but a swimsuit would have been enough, or... There are cameras everywhere, so you feel quite watched. Never again. Absolutely not recommended, one star is already too much.

The apartment was comfortable, with a good bed, and everything was ready for us. The hostess was very helpful and nothing was a problem. Having both a pool and a private beach was great. Trogir is easy to reach, a 15-minute walk or by bus, and there's a shop just a few steps away. I can only recommend it. Thanks for a lovely week.

The apartment was nice and well equipped, and the location was perfect, just a few steps from the beach and very close to the pool. There were loungers and a roof on the beach, so all that was good. But the pool is only open until 7:00 PM, with no jumping, ball games, or glass allowed. It was my wife's birthday, and after we sang "Happy Birthday" just after midnight and chatted and laughed a little with our friends, two families in total, we were immediately given a verbal warning. A text arrived soon after listing rules and saying we could be removed from the property. I understand quiet hours, but we really weren't loud. The lady said the neighbors had complained, but when we spoke with them the next day, they said they hadn't heard anything.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! The owner was pretentious and rude. The pool seems to be there just for show, since nothing was allowed: no splashing, moving loungers, or mattresses. A FAILURE!!! After a few hours, the police were called and we were thrown out of the apartment for nothing!!! They charged us 100 euros for a few hours without an overnight stay 😳
