Hotel Brown Beach House & Spa

I really enjoyed both working at this hotel and staying as a guest. As a wedding photographer, I loved the art photography collection and the carefully chosen art books throughout the hotel. They give the place character and a creative feel, and every corner made an elegant, tasteful backdrop for photos. The seaside terrace ceremony was magical, and the reception by the pool, lit with dreamy lights, felt so romantic. The bride's suite was especially impressive: spacious, thoughtfully designed with attention to detail, and comfortable for a large bridal party without feeling crowded. The other rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated too. The stylish design and relaxed seaside atmosphere made my stay at Brown Beach House Croatia in Trogir unforgettable. It's a special place I'd highly recommend for a luxurious stay or a memorable wedding celebration.

The spa was a highlight of our stay, with high-quality treatments and attentive staff. Everyone around the property was friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant had a solid food and drink menu. Everything we tried was very good. Brown Beach House is in a great location, a short walk from the beach with direct access to the water and excellent views. The well-designed rooms felt more like a luxury apartment than a typical hotel room. It's a top-tier hotel, and we'd gladly return.

We booked a month and a half ahead, expecting the same high standard we experienced when we were completely charmed by your services two years ago. Sadly, this recent stay didn't meet even the basic standards your hotel promises. Reception staff were friendly and professional, but we ran into several problems as soon as we entered our room. Our room was practically windowless, with the view completely blocked by a construction site right outside. We hadn't been told about this when booking. The room phone didn't work, so we had to go to reception in person to ask for help with the TV, and the bathroom sink plug was broken. The room was only satisfactory in terms of cleanliness. Used coffee cups were left uncleared, and coffee capsules weren't replenished, services we consider standard for a hotel of this caliber. We were also promised free parking but weren't given a space. I had to leave my car on the edge of the access road, which felt completely unacceptable for safety and security. The most disappointing part was leaving. Despite all these inconveniences, nobody asked if we were satisfied. We left feeling the staff knew about the problems and chose to ignore them. We believe this experience doesn't reflect your long-term vision of hospitality, and look forward to a prompt reply explaining how you intend to put things right.

Dear Brown Hotels Management, I'm writing about the live music event at your hotel on Čiovo today, June 6th, at around 2:30 PM. The band's volume is so excessive that it can be heard across large parts of Čiovo and even in Trogir. This has gone well beyond entertainment for hotel guests and is a major disturbance for residents, visitors, boat crews, and anyone trying to enjoy the area's natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. The Dalmatian coast is known for its beautiful landscape, relaxed lifestyle, and respect for nature and local communities. An event at this volume shows little consideration for the surroundings and for the many people who aren't attending but are still affected. I respectfully ask you to review your sound management and keep future events at a level that respects both guests and the wider community. I'd appreciate your comments on this matter.
