The guys were super friendly, chatty, and accommodating. The place feels homely despite being fairly small, and the accommodation was clean, nice, and air-conditioned. There’s no proper kitchen or laundry, though there are fridges, a kettle, and a microwave. It’s a bit of a hidden gem if you’ve had enough of Split’s expense and partying but still want to book tours; the bus, airport, and marina are all closer.

The service was so friendly. Nobody needed to ask, they gave me bus connection details and tips about local sights. I’d forgotten my charger, and Thomas lent me his own so I could charge my phone and power bank overnight. It’s cash only unless you book online in advance, and I imagine it gets hot and noisy in midsummer, with a little restaurant square right next door. I was there off-season, so it was fine. This is in the middle of the old town, about a three-minute walk from the bus station, and line 37 takes 11 minutes from Split airport. It’s not a typical backpacker hostel with a kitchen, but my room had a fridge, a kettle, and bits and pieces for tea, infusions, or coffee. Go enjoy the local food and drinks, this old town is such a gem. There’s a market near the bus station for fresh local supplies and a big supermarket too.

It’s a small, cozy place, and the beds were really comfortable. The toilets and showers were nice, and there’s a fridge in the room. There’s no kitchen, but you can make tea and coffee. It can be a little hard to find, though Google Maps and keeping your eyes open should do it. The owner was the kindest person I met on my whole trip to Croatia and made me feel incredibly welcome. I wish I could have stayed longer, and hope I get to come back :)

The hosts were incredibly kind. When I started feeling unwell during the trip, they gave me lots of support and checked to see if I was okay. The hostel itself was lovely, clean, and well located. Such an amazing experience.

The whole place was spotless, and the beds were super comfortable, with soft sheets. The rooms have AC, which was a blessing. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Such an amazing hidden gem, 100% recommend staying here.
