The beach and marina are the highlight, reached by a long, scenic walk down lots of steps. There’s also a 500+ year-old tree and the arboretum just down the street. The place is beautiful, and the owner is a kind woman who speaks German. We’re so glad we found the Sunny House!

The walk down to the pier across the road is well worth it. Sylvia is great, and her place is definitely worth a visit!

Make sure to bring soap, toilet paper, and anything else you might need. There was nothing in the apartment!!!

We especially loved the calm atmosphere and the lovely view. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and easy to reach without being intrusive. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged for guests, from the spotless accommodation to the tasteful furnishings and very good equipment. Trsteno was a perfect base for exploring the coast and surrounding area, while still being quiet and idyllic. We felt completely at ease and would happily return. A wonderful place to unwind, highly recommended! 🌊☀️
