Apartment Nada

Top.

We booked for our summer holiday straight after our first stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We spent one night in the 2+1 apartment first, then stayed again in July 2024 in a ground-floor apartment. Both visits were quiet and very clean. The owners are warm, hospitable people who are always available and willing to help. The beach is about 140 m away. It’s a large, clean, well-kept pine beach that’s easy to reach for everyone, from children to older visitors. There’s a wide sidewalk along the route, so it felt suitable for small children. Nearby, Studenac is just a few metres from the building, and Optima supermarket is about 50 m farther toward the beach. The place itself is peaceful. Restaurant Gusar is on the right side at the beach, with a lovely garden, good atmosphere, and good food. The building has an accessible parking area out front and a neat, clean yard. Inside, both the shared areas and the apartment were tidy, clean, and nicely arranged. The apartment had what we needed: clean, fragrant towels, toilet paper, and soap; a well-equipped kitchen on the balcony, which kept cooking smells out of the sleeping room; and a balcony table, chairs, seat mats, and parasol. The beds had comfortable, good-quality mattresses and pillows, and everything was fresh and neatly set up. We found the hospitality and stay very pleasant and recommend these apartments. We gave 5s for access, parking, property, cleanliness, decor, comfort, hospitality, and beach distance, with an overall impression of 5+. All recommendations.

We were delighted with our stay. The owners were so kind and helpful, and the apartment was new, nicely equipped, and completely clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. It’s in a quiet area, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Thank you!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a holiday. The owners were friendly, and there’s secure parking. Restaurants and shops are nearby, and the beach is about 150 metres away.
