The apartment had two shaded terraces and a well-equipped kitchen, and the sea was only about 120 meters away. Several supermarkets were nearby, with a bakery a few minutes' walk away. Umag’s old town was about a 5-minute walk, and parking was available inside the fenced property. We rented the Grahovac family’s holiday apartment for one week in June 2025. The apartment was great, and the landlady was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

Barbara and Darko made us feel welcome right away, greeting us with a smile. The apartment has the kitchen appliances and fast internet we needed, and its quiet location is still close to the main attractions. We really liked the warm, comfortable feel of the place. It’s decorated with care, from the furniture to the smaller touches, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a good location. 😊

The apartment was clean, tidy, and air-conditioned, with everything we needed. There’s covered parking in the yard, and the place itself is lovely and quiet. Barbara was a real gem, and the hosts were courteous and available whenever we needed something. They even welcomed us with a drink. It’s about three minutes from a sandy or rocky beach and six minutes from the center. Definitely recommend it.

We were visiting for the first time and would happily come back. The owners were attentive, understanding, and always ready to help. It’s a peaceful, easygoing place to spend a vacation, with parking and a kitchen and bathroom stocked with what you need. The beach is close and dog-friendly, and the apartment has air conditioning.

The owner and her father were both very friendly and helpful. There’s covered parking, which is a real plus in this climate, and guests can use the garden and the patio by the entrance. The apartment has a separate kitchen and bedroom, and the room is air-conditioned. It’s a very nice place in Umag, Croatia, close to both the beach and the town center. I recommend it.
