A sandy beach is only a few meters away, and there are useful places nearby, including a cafe, restaurant and kiosk for small purchases. The accommodation was wonderful, with every comfort and excellent amenities.

We were in top-floor apartment room 4, and it was incredibly quiet despite the bar in the building being open until around midnight. The apartment had everything we needed, and whenever we had a question, Natascha was available and found a solution. The whole team was very helpful, which I appreciated. Early check-in or check-out can be arranged if there’s availability, so just ask. The location was the reason I chose this fantastic apartment: it’s right on the beach, with the beach just two minutes away. The old town takes about 20-30 minutes on foot, or six minutes by car, and there’s also a little tourist train. We’d come back anytime and are already looking forward to our next two nights! 🤩

Natascia gave us a wonderful welcome. The apartment was fabulous, spotless and meticulously cared for. It’s in a peaceful area just steps from the sea and the Umag pier. The Spritz bar was a huge plus for breakfast and aperitifs. We’ll definitely return!

Very clean, with a really friendly owner. The public beach is close by, there’s a lovely children’s park nearby, and a bar downstairs. It’s an ideal place for a family holiday and relaxing by a beautiful beach.
