Avoid this place. The house was disgustingly dirty, with worms, spiders, dust, trash and clutter everywhere. It looked abandoned, like a landfill, and the conditions are hard to imagine. The photos don’t show how bad it is. I can’t understand how rooms are still being rented here. A house this dirty should be closed.

We loved everything and were very pleased with our stay! The hostess was wonderful, the room was wonderful, and the sea view was wonderful. We’ll be back here in 2026!

It was peaceful, which was a plus, and the house itself is beautiful. But it hasn’t been maintained very well, and the back garden is frightening. Umag is quite a way off, about 3 km. In my opinion, the price isn’t worth it at all, and I regret booking here. That’s all.

The landlady was very nice and helpful, and the apartment was very clean. It’s well located, the stay was good value, and our four-legged friends were welcome.

There’s a sea view, free parking, and the beach and supermarket are close by. Everything was neat and clean.
