Just the perfect place for us!

The balcony looks out over the sea, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The owners live downstairs, so they’re quickly available if you need anything, while still giving you space. We got sweets when we arrived and local specialties when we left, which was a lovely touch. I spoke with them in English; German wasn’t an option. The apartment is a great base for exploring central Umag, only a few minutes away through a park. I’d recommend it for a regular holiday or even a long weekend.

Everything we needed was an easy five to ten minute walk away, including shops and restaurants, and the beach was about 200 metres from the apartment. The place was clean, tidy, and lovely. The owners were kind without intruding, so we could enjoy our own peace and quiet. We had a wonderful time and hope to see you again. 🙂☺️😀

The Grassi family were super friendly and helpful. Shops and the centre are close by, and the sea is only 100 metres away. Excellent location.
