We especially enjoyed the restaurant San Valentino, where the food was fresh, delicious, and served with outstanding care. The staff there did a great job. Across the hotel, the team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even better. Our room was clean and well equipped, and the hotel is beautifully kept. We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived, with a relaxing atmosphere and thoughtful details throughout. It was a fantastic stay, and we’d happily return. We can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

The complimentary breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a highlight, tasty, fresh, filling, and with good coffee and excellent service. The open air restaurant also has gorgeous waterfront views. The hotel sits right in the middle of Umag, overlooking the water, and it’s a modern place with a lot going for it. Our group of six had booked three rooms, and we liked the rooms, though the beds were so firm that some of us slept on top of the doona for extra padding. I’ve stayed in hotels in Australia, Japan, and Croatia this year, and none had beds this firm. Everything else was fine, but reception was often unstaffed during the day and evening. There’s no elevator, so you’ll have to carry your bags up the stairs. Our rooms were on Level 1.

The breakfast, served at the restaurant next door, could use some work. There are four meal options, the coffee was good, and the waiters were friendly. The hotel, room, and location were all great.
