Villa Danex

This was the worst booking experience I’ve ever had. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it. We went to view two properties. The first, Villa danex the orange one, cost less and looked less luxurious. During the visit, the hostess kept rushing me, so I only got a general look from the entrance. I noticed a damp, unpleasant smell in the living room. She said they’d just cleaned with vinegar a few minutes earlier. I booked it anyway because the price was affordable and it had a swimming pool. When we came back to enter the apartment, it was damp, smelly, and dirty. The kitchen was full of spiders, and everything was rusty. There was mold in the shower, too. I went back to the agency and asked if we could switch to the other property, villa danex superior, which seemed better and cost more. I offered to pay the difference. The lady shouted that I’d already seen the apartment, though I hadn’t really been able to view it properly. I told her it wasn’t suitable or safe for looking after my seven-month-old baby. She got more aggressive, kept shouting, and insulted me by calling me fat. I fainted from the shock. Luckily, another guest took my baby before I fell. Even while I was unconscious, she kept mocking me and acting aggressively. She was disrespectful and unprofessional. In the end, she refunded my money but charged me 65€ because I’d entered the apartment. We’d been inside for at most five minutes, just long enough to see how awful it was. The place was unsanitary, and the way the hostess treated me was terrible. I’m still shocked. I’ve never met someone so malicious.
