Parking was a real plus, and the place was clean, though it could have been a bit cleaner. Terra is spacious, with three bedrooms, and the beach and Plodine are an easy walk away, about seven and four minutes respectively. The landlady was great and ready to help. The main drawbacks were the small terrace for six people and no extractor fan in the kitchen. Only one air conditioner serves the apartment, and it struggles to cool even half of it. With no mosquito screens, opening the windows for fresh air isn't really an option, so leave the air conditioner running while you're at the beach. The bedrooms face the main street, which makes sleeping with the windows open difficult.

Great choice for a bigger family. There are two bathrooms, large balconies, an elevator, and free parking. The beach takes about ten minutes to reach on foot. The apartment itself is lovely and very well equipped, with appliances, cleaning supplies, a coffee machine and capsules. A bull's-eye!

A few minutes' walk from the beach, and we had a good stay in the clean Rozmarin room on the ground floor. Its position facing the parking lot was a plus compared with rooms looking onto the road. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and there was a fridge with a freezer. Communication with the owner was great.

We found parking available, and Hrvoje was a professional, friendly landlord. The apartments are clean and modern, some with sea views, and there's a passenger elevator. Our favorite place to stay in Fazana.
