The window could not be opened properly. Here the bracket (which the sunshade closes) was heavily polluted or furred up, maybe rusty. Communication was difficult, as the landlord could neither speak English nor German. 2 lamps (bath above the mirror and kitchen) did not go. But they are still supposed to be repaired. In the bathroom an open and very needy secured cable hung over the door, which is of course not at all safe. Also mold, which was painted over, was in the bathroom. The window in the bathroom does not open. The large “rain shower” which was with in the bathroom was completely furr
