Vila Valla Studio Apartments

We stayed in the deluxe studio and made lots of use of the patio. It was quiet and relaxing, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and checked several times whether anything was missing or if they could help, which made us feel well looked after. The place is just outside Pula, so it’s peaceful, with the sea about 10 minutes away. The bus station is nearby and gets you to the city center in 20 minutes. We can definitely recommend it!

The little private terrace with its gazebo was a lovely spot for breakfast or reading in the shade, and the pool area was spotless with plenty of loungers. Our ground-floor apartment was clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the firm bed and slept better than we usually do on vacation. The property is a bit off the beaten path, which suited us as a couple looking to relax. There’s a bakery and plenty of cozy restaurants nearby. Parking right in front is allowed for an hour, and there’s a private lot just around the corner for longer stays. Our few days at Villa Valla Apartments were almost perfect, and we’d love to return.

Manuela gave us such a warm welcome that we felt at home right away. She’s incredibly kind, always available, and happy to suggest places to visit. The apartment is fantastic, with beautiful modern furnishings, and the pool is clean and a good size. The beach is five minutes away on foot, with a market about 300 meters away. We’ll definitely be back! ☺️🫶🏼

We spent five nights in this lovely, relatively new apartment. The rooms are small but well laid out, and there’s everything you need, though the kitchen equipment is a little basic. We knew there was no balcony when we booked, but one would have been nice. The complex has only a few apartments, which we liked, and the pool area was fantastic: a pleasant temperature and cleaned every day. The owners were welcoming and easy to reach with questions. It’s a quiet area within walking distance of the beach, a small supermarket, and a few restaurants. There isn’t much else nearby, but it was just right for a restful break.
