There aren't any sun loungers, and despite the secluded setting, traffic passes by quite often, sometimes speeding. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The patio door and bathroom window don't work properly anymore. The garden isn't fully fenced and the fence is low, so our dog had to stay on a leash throughout the holiday. It's a great spot for hiking with a dog, but watch out for Sunday hunting, when dogs shouldn't be off-leash.

The owners were so generous and friendly. They left us towels, cleaning products and toilet paper, and welcomed us with a cake. We were two adults travelling with a dog, and felt very comfortable. The home was quiet but still centrally located, and having the roughly 500-square-metre garden to ourselves was a real plus for both the dog and our car. The rooms and furnishings matched the photos and were clean and well looked after.

A lovely house for unwinding 🏡. There are nice walks you can set off on from here.

The house and its location were nice, though the furnishings could be a lot better.
