The pool was well maintained, and the two-story house had plenty of room for our family. We stayed at Villa Rosada for the second time and would happily come back. It’s a peaceful place, and when we’d had enough of the saltwater, we could cool off in the pool. The closest supermarket is a 15-minute drive, while Vela Luka is handy for an evening ice cream or cocktail. The owner is friendly and helpful, and sorts things out right away whenever something comes up. We had a wonderful holiday, though the kitchen could do with an update. We’d love to return.

We spent a week here with our 2.5-year-old, and the place was a pleasant surprise when we arrived. The pool was clean and the surroundings peaceful, though the cicadas were the one sound we could call noise. The sea is just a few steps away and you can swim there, as long as sea urchins haven’t taken over 😊 Unfortunately, the accommodation wasn’t very clean, which was disappointing. For that price, we expected more.

The terrace has a great view, and the private pier made it lovely to sit by the sea and watch the stars in the evening. The villa is just 2 steps from the water. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the owners were wonderful. It exceeded our expectations, and we’d gladly come back.

The house and the sea were good, and the owners were fine too. It’s well placed for reaching the water. But if you like an active holiday, I wouldn’t recommend it: the nearest town is 8 km away, there’s nothing to see nearby, and you need a car just to go for coffee.
