We emailed a day ahead to check the check-in time and got a prompt reply, but no one told us our reservation was no longer in place. When we arrived, our booked room wasn’t available because they had sold it to someone else.

The friendliest bar in town. The coffee could be close to excellent.

We liked it so much that we added another night to our stay. The location is superb, the views are amazing, and breakfast has a great range. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The harbor location makes it easy to reach all the wildest beaches in Veli Lošinj. Rooms are standard, but breakfast is top notch, with both sweet and savory options, and the cappuccino is delicious. The downside is the free car park in the pine forest, about an 8-10 minute walk away.

At the little waterfront in picturesque Veli, Saturn guesthouse cafe has an unusual, ethnic feel, almost like a theatre backdrop. The staff are friendly and the cappuccino is excellent. The slightly lazy Manu chao is just the kind of music you can imagine in a cafe decorated this way.
