Apartment 1 had everything we needed in the kitchen, plus a washing machine in the bathroom. Out back, there’s a barbecue and a pleasant garden table with benches. It’s a nice house with a sea view, and we had a pleasant stay overall. The cicadas sang nonstop from sunrise to sunset, though, and we could have done without that. There are only a few shops on the island, with unusual opening hours and limited food choices.

Coffee on the terrace each morning, with that beautiful view, was such a treat. Beaches and shops are close by, and the hosts are wonderful. The peace and beauty are hard to put into words, and even ten stars wouldn't feel like enough. A lovely vacation I'll remember for a long time.
