Rooms Pleso

I spent just one night here before going to the airport. Everything was fine and I had no issues. The room did seem rather old, though. The airport shuttle the hotel arranged was a real lifesaver!

At 1 AM I had nowhere to sleep after my previous accommodation fell through. Poor communication meant it was shut when I arrived after a delayed flight. I was worried and nervous, so I called Hotel Pleso and explained what had happened. The woman on shift immediately found me a room at a really good last-minute price. When I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and arranged a free shuttle for my 5 AM flight. The hotel was very close to the airport. The rooms aren't anything special, but it was clean and had air conditioning, and I was more than comfortable. The shower pressure was good too. I can't say enough about the lovely woman at the desk. She was so eager to help and truly went out of her way. I can't recommend staying at Hotel Pleso enough. Thank you.

The staff were very pleasant, and the receptionist also tended the small bar, where beer prices were decent. The hotel was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend it. It's close to the airport and offers a free shuttle, plus a complimentary drink for guests, with a choice of café, tea, or schnapps. WiFi and parking are free. Breakfast was delightful, with meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs, toast, cereal, coffee, yogurt, and more. There's also a spa, though it didn't seem to be open during my stay.

The hotel calls itself three-star, but it felt more like two. The furniture was basic, the walls dirty, and the soundproofing very poor. I could hear planes and cars outside as well as everything from the neighboring room. They only provided a tiny 5 ml portion of shower gel.
