The large shaded terrace was a lovely place to spend time, with chairs and a table, plus an outdoor shower and grill. The grill isn’t allowed to be used, though, because of the fire risk, and everything was very dry. There are separate waste bins outside, collected twice a week. We had two assigned parking spots, with another available if needed. The house is fenced, and the mosquito nets and shutters were useful. Air conditioning in both bedrooms also cooled the ground floor easily. Inside, it was spotless and modern. The ground floor had a big living room with a sofa bed, TV, table and six chairs, as well as an open kitchen with gas and electric stoves, a roomy fridge and freezer, and the usual appliances. There was also a toilet and a large hallway. The stairs to the first floor are enclosed on both sides, which felt safer with small children. Upstairs were two air-conditioned bedrooms, one larger than the other, each opening onto a balcony with chairs and a table, along with a bathroom with a tub and toilet. Towels and cleaning supplies were provided. It’s in a quiet spot with hardly anyone around, but the center of Vinišće, with beaches, restaurants, shops, cafés and ice cream places, is only 500 meters away, about a five-minute walk. There’s plenty of free parking. We found it a great place to relax and recharge. The price was reasonable for the quality, and the woman who gave us the keys was friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend it.
