The place is great, with everything kept clean and tidy in and around the apartment. We had water at all hours and a functional laundry room. The beach is an easy four-minute walk, and the Studenac store is halfway there. It’s ideal for a peaceful, relaxing family holiday. I sincerely recommend it!

The pool was big and clean, with comfortable loungers and garden furniture, and the surroundings were beautiful. The rooms were well cared for and had excellent amenities: a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, pots, dishes, and a thermos in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the bedding clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The owners were very helpful. It’s close to the shop and beach, and also near bars, restaurants, and souvenir shops. The best part is that it isn’t crowded like the Baltic promenade. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

It was noisy around the apartment, which was dirty and had an ill-equipped kitchen, no toilet paper, uncomfortable beds, and bathroom water that remained standing after bathing. The pool wasn’t the one in the pictures, and the place didn’t look like the photos. I’d tell everyone to avoid it. When I tried to rate it after leaving, I found that other people had been scammed using the same method. I don’t recommend it; it feels like a money grab. We changed our arrival time to 8-9 am and received an email confirming it, but after we arrived we were told check-in was only at 4 pm, and that there was a 300 euro deposit. We used the jacuzzi and left it as it had been. When we came back from an excursion the following evening, it was half-open. At checkout, as we handed over the keys, they were rude and condescending and said the deposit wouldn’t be returned because they claimed we had punctured the jacuzzi.
