House Andja with Pool

We spent a wonderful week in this dream villa and were thrilled with it. It looks stunning, is very well equipped and carefully maintained, and has lovely attention to detail. Everything was clean, modern, and practical, so we felt at ease from the moment we arrived. There were two families, four adults, six children, and a dog, and we all had plenty of space inside and out. The room layout gave everyone a private place to retreat to, with enough room for time together too. We loved relaxing in the garden and on the terrace, the children had space to play, and our dog settled in happily. The hostess was warm, very friendly, and helpful. She was available when we had questions without being intrusive, and we felt welcome and well looked after. Shops for everyday needs are close by. For restaurants, beaches, harbor promenades, or cultural attractions, we recommend visiting nearby Medulin, Pula, or Rovinj, which offer lots to do, good food, and that typical Istrian holiday feeling. It was an enjoyable stay we’ll remember fondly. We’d happily recommend the villa to families or groups looking for comfort and relaxation in a beautiful setting.

I was there in August 2025, and what was advertised didn’t match what we found. There was no heated pool, and the air conditioning was only in the lobby and living room. The bikes and ping-pong table were broken, the kitchen was tiny and made cooking for nine very difficult, and there were no free toiletries. The hand wash gel had expired 12 years ago!!! The place was generally messy. I strongly recommend against staying here.

We had a really pleasant stay. The neighbors are a little wild, but we didn't have to deal with them 👍🤪🤩
