The owners are kind and caring, and the Wi-Fi is pretty good for a place like this. It’s easy to find, and the beach is just a 30-second walk from the apartments. If you’re into freediving, the owner dives too and can point out good spots around the island.

We felt really comfortable in this lovely, practical apartment, with two balconies looking out over the sea. The beach is only a few steps away. Still, the jet ski rental operates right among the swimmers and the little kids playing in the water. That could perhaps be tolerated, but they refuel there and spill fuel, which is unacceptable. When it gets really bad, they even leave fuel canisters on the beach beside the children swimming. Thumbs up.

We’ve stayed here twice and would be happy to return next year. It’s a fairly quiet spot, close to the beach and the center of Vir. The hosts are lovely, and the apartment worked really well for our larger family with small children: clean rooms, air conditioning, hot water, a fully equipped kitchen, and a big terrace with a table where we could all eat together.

The sea is only 50 meters away, and the main beach, Jadro, is 100 meters away. The owners are very friendly, and there’s a lovely terrace out front, plus sun loungers in the olive grove. All praise.
