After driving for 22 hours, we were told the apartment was overbooked and sent to a different, much worse place nearby at a campsite. The owner there told us this “rescheduling” had been planned since May. Nobody informed us, and two weeks before we left, the tour operator had sent a booking confirmation naming Villa Liveric as our accommodation. The owner of Villa Liveric wouldn’t discuss what had happened, so the tour operator’s mediator had to get involved. After hours of stressful phone calls, we were finally allowed to move to an apartment that was somewhat comparable. We lost two of our seven vacation days dealing with this. Thanks for that! The complaint with the tour operator is still in progress, and we haven’t received a refund. If zero stars were an option, that’s what we’d choose. Never again Villa Liveric. Beware of the owner!

I’ve been there three times and would definitely go again. The place is clean, the sea is just 25 steps from the gate, the housekeeper is pleasant, and it’s a 10-minute walk along the sea to the center. The beach is probably the one downside, since it’s narrow. There’s a bar nearby that stays open until 2 am and plays terrible music 😀

I really liked the place. The room was clean, and the sea was clean and close by. There’s parking, a barbecue, and Wi-Fi on the grounds.
