Apartments Palma

The host seemed focused on making money and didn't seem to care about guests or their experience. The apartment is close to the sea, which I liked, but for the price it was poor value compared with other nearby apartments I saw. We had no usable Wi-Fi signal inside, only a weak one outside. At first there was no parking space for us. After other guests left two days later, I moved the car from the beach parking area to the apartment parking, but there are five apartments and only two spaces, and we weren't properly told about that. Two electrical outlets were loose in the wall, leaving wires that small children could touch. There were heavy smokers in the apartments on both sides, and sometimes it was hard to go outside without being hit by smoke. A ventilation system or some kind of engine in the next apartment sometimes made noise in one bedroom. There was an acidic smell, dusty covers on the floors, old furniture, dirty dishes, spider webs, and mosquitoes, with no nets or electric repellents. The host was fixing a leaking boiler and a leaking tap that was visibly corroded, suggesting it had been leaking for some time. There was no real welcome or information about services or places to visit, not even a glass of water, just the keys. When I asked about parking and Wi-Fi, the host left without saying anything. In general, I wouldn't consider this place safe or suitable for families with small children.
