Parking is available, and the accommodation is clean, spacious, shaded, and cool. The views are amazing, and the location right by the sea is unbeatable.

A nice place.

We’re already looking forward to more lovely holidays here and more pleasant chats with the owners. This is Dalmatia. Apartment Kaja has become a second home for our family, and this was our third stay. The owners are so friendly and always make us feel welcome. There’s nothing to complain about in the apartment; it has all the amenities we need. We love the unobstructed view of the island of Pag and the Velebit Mountains, and the sea is just a short walk away. The Brandt Family

I absolutely do not recommend this place. It was clean and close to the sea, but the hosts complained about us every day, saying we used the air conditioning too much, were too loud, and that the children slammed doors. After four days, I found out the real estate agency hadn’t told them we were coming with children. There was a communication problem, and the hosts’ daughter, Ms. Inga G., who spoke English, was put on the phone with me. Her comment, as someone very satisfied with her stay, is below. I mentioned the cost, about 1,000 euros per week, and that I had come to relax. The owner replied that it was a zero for him. Could he refund me that money? He certainly couldn’t give me peace of mind. May 26, 2022 Almost three years later, you’re replying to my comment with more untruths. AdEx Travel wrote to me in an email that you had been told how many people were coming. You shouldn’t rent rooms if you can’t tolerate other people. You often change the apartment’s name, for example Zitna X, Kaja, Tukara, and comments are posted by family members. After I returned from vacation, I found real opinions, which I’m sharing below: "Lastniki Great apartment, quiet place, close to the beach. Great beach. The apartment doesn’t have much space for people with children. They live on the terrace and have to watch out for the sun and avoid being caught in the rain." "27 August 2018 I strongly recommend this property to people with children and those who want to spend their vacation with friends!!! Unfortunately, we had several unpleasant situations during this stay that effectively ruined our dream vacation: 1. The hosts don’t tolerate loud children playing, in our case children aged 7, 6, 4, and 3. 2. If your children play outside after 9:00 PM, expect an aggressive, incomprehensible, and unjustified reaction from the host. 3. The property has quiet hours from 11:00 PM, but the hosts don’t respect them. 4. You can expect the hosts to intimidate you with the police and try to throw you out of the apartment... 5. You’ll be told that the hosts control air conditioning use. You can’t use it continuously, even though you paid for an apartment with air conditioning. 6. In my apartment on the first floor with a sea view, the air conditioning was very noisy and inefficient. 7. You can expect to be told to conserve water... WARNING: This property isn’t directly connected to city water or deep water. Water arrives by tanker and is stored in some kind of underground reservoir. Unfortunately, the water isn’t suitable to drink, even after boiling. You should even avoid brushing your teeth... 8. To avoid problems with the police, you need to buy bottled water.... 9. If you came to Vir with friends who are staying in other apartments on the island, forget about meeting up. The owners don’t tolerate outside guests." "The apartment was nice and clean, well equipped. Very close to a beautiful beach. · The host was rude. He didn’t tolerate children and probably Poles at all. Everything bothered him, shuffling a chair, slamming a door. It turned out you couldn’t use the air conditioning whenever you wanted. We heard that we shouldn’t come as two families, or that our money was for him ... no. We looked sadly at other homes where guests have fun, dance, and barbecue... I don’t recommend this property!” If you don’t want your holiday to end early, with you leaving at night after another argument, look for somewhere else in beautiful Croatia.
