It matched the listing exactly. The beach is close, the neighbors are quiet, and the air conditioning works really well. The heart of town is only a few minutes away by car. We really appreciated our time in your apartment and would gladly stay again.

We’ve stayed twice and were completely satisfied both times. The owner is excellent to deal with, very friendly, and the apartments are modern and practically furnished. The beach is a five-minute walk away, and the bakery is two minutes away. We had a dog, so we went to another beach, five minutes farther away, but it was just as good. We can absolutely recommend Villa Niva.

We especially liked being so close to the beach. Our apartment was cozy, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend Villa Niva.

Everything was new and modern, from the TV and air conditioning to the outdoor grill, and you could choose an apartment. My favorites were how spotless it was, the affordable price, and how close it was to the beach. We’ll definitely be back. Greetings to the hosts.

The terrace was lovely, the apartment was very nice, and all the furnishings were completely new. It’s a great location, not far from the beach. I’d come back in a heartbeat. I’ll be back.
