The afternoon coffee with that incredible sea view and the morning sunrise were just awesome. Beautiful nature, friendly people, very clean rooms, and a perfectly equipped kitchen. I’m so grateful for all the amazing work you’ve done and look forward to staying again.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the villa owners. They showed no empathy, and I’d strongly avoid staying here unless it’s under new ownership. My partner and I were due to get married in Vis this year and had booked this villa for the occasion. We sadly had to cancel the wedding because of COVID. Of the six bookings we made for family and friends, Villa Roca was the only one that refused to refund any money or offer vouchers, even though the wedding venue and welcome dinner venue both offered refunds. They kept about £2,500 of our hard-earned money without providing any service. We originally found the place on AirBnB, but the owner or agent asked us to book through their own website. If they’d let us book through AirBnB, we would have got close to a 100% refund on the deposit, as we did for our other AirBnb villa bookings for the wedding. We’ve raised a complaint through AirBnB. If you find them on AirBnB and they ask you to use their website, DO NOT. My advice is to avoid this villa at all costs.

The sandy beach is only a five-minute walk, and there are several good restaurants close by. We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Roca: the house was spotless and beautifully furnished, with a huge terrace, an outdoor kitchen with a big grill, and a lovely pool. The staff were excellent, the girls were great. We're already planning to come back next year.
