We spent five days here with our family and dog, and everything was great. The villa is well equipped and in a pleasant, peaceful area. Markus was a great host, always available and keen to make our holiday as nice as possible. Thanks, Markus! We'll definitely come back.

It's a lovely holiday home with everything you need, in an extremely quiet spot. The one downside is getting around: the sea is about 20 km away, so you need a car to go for a swim or see it, and you'll also need one for shopping or eating out. Without a carport or any shade, the car sits baking in the sun. That's the only improvement I'd ask for. Otherwise, it's good.

That rooftop sea view was incredible, and two restaurants the owner recommended were only a five-minute drive away. We spent four days at Villa Pietra and loved the quiet, homely feel. The rooms are beautifully designed and everything was in pristine, high-quality condition. We've stayed in several Croatian villas, and this is one of the best. We were so taken with it that we booked again for July 2022. The owner will be seeing us again soon. Thanks for such a lovely holiday!

We stayed at Villa Pietra for two weeks and would happily come back. The place was spotless, with everything we needed, and I've never been in a holiday home so well equipped. Everything feels new and well made. It was wonderfully peaceful, and the staff on site were kind and helpful, responding quickly whenever we had a question or a small issue.

Poreč is only a short drive away, though the map had given me the wrong impression about the distance. There’s also a charming restaurant in the village about 2 km away. The villa itself is even lovelier than the photos, with great rooms and a cozy lounge. It's quiet and relaxing there, and even bad weather doesn't stop it feeling like a holiday. I'd book again in a heartbeat! 👍
