The parking was the one downside for me. The spaces are so narrow that people have to squeeze between the parked cars, so if you’re worried about scratches on your car, it may not be a good place to park. The owners are very friendly, though, and the location is great, not far from the beach. Rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. The owner doesn’t speak English, though parking is available. The apartment called “sea view” was well equipped, but the master bedroom had no air conditioning. The website photos give the wrong impression: there are only two glimpses of the sea between buildings, not a sea view. There’s a campsite and a basketball court, and the beach is pebbly and only 2 meters wide, like everywhere else. The balconies are tiny.

I only booked four nights and wish I’d stayed for the rest of my holiday instead of spending it elsewhere. The studio had every comfort, and the cleanliness was genuinely commendable. It’s near both the beach and the center of Vodice, with parking available. The staff were excellent.

We had a great five-day stay. The rooms were very nice and the standard was great. There was parking, and the location was excellent, making it a good base for visiting other cities in Croatia ❤️.

The owner was very nice, and the place is quiet and peaceful in the evening. It’s close to the beach, and you can walk to the center along the promenade. The apartments have balconies where you can sit and have a beer.
