Apartments Magdalena

The apartment was tidy, but the listing said it was “fully equipped,” and that didn’t match what we found. The fridge only worked at half capacity, which was a real problem in the heat. There were just four toilet rolls for four people, no oven, and none of the basics like coffee, sugar, salt or oil. We had communicated with the woman advertising the apartment, but the elderly owners greeted us in person. At our first meeting, the owner told us not to bring boys to the apartment. We found that offensive and completely inappropriate. We were four adult women on vacation, and we don’t know what assumptions she was making. The place has three stars, but the ad didn’t reflect its actual condition. The equipment, communication and way guests are treated all need serious improvement.
