The price was reasonable, and the owner kindly lowered it after we found the layout wasn't as advertised. The second bedroom had two children's beds that couldn't be pushed together because the room was too narrow, and the ground-floor apartment felt a bit like a converted garage. The terrace faced north, sat right by the driveway, and was dark under its heavy roof. Inside, things were quite old and the apartment was average. My main problem was the poor ventilation: nights felt stuffy, but opening the windows meant dealing with noise. The woman who hosted us was very kind, though. It really depends on what you're looking for 🤷♀️
