4/10
The location is good, with guest parking, which is why I’m giving it two stars. But the stay was unpleasant from the start. The hostess came across as unfriendly and pushy, and gossiped about guests, the agency and the neighbor. The apartment hadn’t been aired out and had a bad smell that stayed throughout our visit. TV channels were only in German, and one night a light socket was broken, among other things.

The rooms were clean, and communication was good; most things went smoothly. It’s conveniently close to the center, marina and old town, though the climb is steep and could be difficult for some.
