We called ahead before leaving Zagreb, about 300 km away, and booked a lovely first-floor room with a terrace. When we got there, they had given it to someone else and offered us a room that looked like it was from the last war. It was filthy, with an old, filthy bed. Nobody would let their dog sleep there. They didn't even apologize, just said there was no problem and we could leave. Totally disrespectful and a bunch of cheaters. Don't try this place. They may have bought their stars, because if it were clean, the real level would be two or three stars.

We stop here every year while driving through Croatia on the way to destinations farther south. The owner is humble and kind, always ready with a joke or a warm smile. The villa is clean, the beds are comfortable, the views from the windows are amazing, and breakfast is just perfect. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We got in around 10:30 at night, and the owner came out to let us park our motorcycle under a roof. He was friendly and knew enough English for us to communicate. Nice rooms, free Wi-Fi, and a great breakfast. There were lots of cute cats too.
