The host who welcomed me was so kind. My card payment took a little while, but she just smiled and said it was fine. She showed me to my room and kept greeting me with a bright smile. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The best!!!

The building is lovely, and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Dario and Lucia were both lovely and very accommodating. It gets a little loud in the evenings, but that’s to be expected in the centre of the old town.

The breakfast was cooked perfectly, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. You can walk to all the sights from this spot in the heart of old town Zadar. We had a perfect stay, with wonderful hospitality from our hosts, Dario and Lucia. The accommodation and location both went beyond expectations.

The room was clean and right in central Zadar, but for such a ridiculously high price, the room, bed, and equipment were pretty average. We strongly wouldn’t recommend paying that much for this place. You deserve better. We had a street-facing room, and despite what the owner told us at check-in, people drinking and music just below the window were loud until around 2 a.m. The windows didn’t block much noise, and earplugs weren’t enough.

The building has apparently been in the family for over 200 years, and the story behind it is unbelievable. It’s right in the middle of Zadar’s old town, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Our room was charming and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the owner was wonderful, ready to help with anything. Best place to stay in Zadar!
