The owner greeted us with a complimentary drink. My friends and I stayed three nights and were very happy with the place. It was clean and tidy, with enough room for four or five people. I'd definitely recommend it for a stay in Zadar.

There was no private balcony, and we also found the lack of a toaster, oven, or grill inconvenient. The apartment had two rooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a washing machine, air conditioning, and parking, but several things need attention. The refrigerator was too small, the knives were dull, and shower water wouldn't drain because the drain was clogged with hair. The bathroom cosmetics cabinet hadn't been washed, and the cheapest furniture wobbled when opened or closed. I think the owner should take care of these issues and invest some money.

It was a cozy apartment, with air conditioning, a balcony, a washing machine, and a place to dry clothes outside. Hot water in the shower ran out quickly, and the church nearby rang its bells from 6:00 AM.

The landlord was very nice and helpful, and we even got a gift at checkout. It's a peaceful, pleasant place, though the beach is a little far, about a 15-20 minute walk. Rental bikes would have made it perfect.

The church next door rings every half hour from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM. The bells sound like you're standing right inside one 🤨
