Katica made the late arrival easy: with the shops already closed, she even prepared me some food. During my stay she helped me find my way around Zadar, taking me to the old town on one day and the ferry port on another, and suggesting islands that suited what I wanted to see. The apartment was clean and nice, and the bed was really comfortable. Since nobody else had booked the place on my checkout day, she let me leave my things there and shower after the beach before my late flight. Then she drove me to the airport, saving me a lot on a taxi, and asked for nothing in return. She was such a lovely host. I travel a lot, and she’s the best apartment host I’ve had. The local advice and kindness were wonderful, and a good night’s sleep was a bonus.

The place was clean and pleasant, and the location was great. It was quiet at night, too. Parking was available, which was handy. I’d happily recommend staying here.

We felt at ease straight away, even with the language barrier. A translator helped when we needed one, and the owner was friendly, patient, and always willing to help. She welcomed us with sheep’s cheese, bread, and a taste of her own "aromatized" wine. The two-room apartment was spotless and smelled lovely, with a spacious terrace and a table. By the entrance, guests could find a refrigerator with water, vegetables, eggs, wine, and liqueur. The wine and liqueur were for tasting there, and everything was homemade. When we left, the owner gave us a little Zadar souvenir. Excellent value, and highly recommendable for a visit to the area.

The studio was spacious and very clean. There was also a washing machine we could use for free, plus a fridge with a few complimentary items. The owners welcomed us warmly with a tray of cheese, wine, and other treats, and added thoughtful touches during our stay. We even got a small present when we left. It’s well placed between the city center and the airport. We did have some difficulty understanding each other because of the language barrier, but we managed. Thanks for everything, we’d definitely recommend staying here.
