The private apartment and terrace were in excellent order, and Goran was a charming, helpful host. We got a lovely welcome when we arrived. It's cash only, as with lots of rentals. We tried a bank transfer, but that takes a few days, so hopefully that improves when the Euro takes over. We loved how close we were to a couple of good restaurants and quieter beaches, with the old town 15 minutes away, a supermarket and ATM 2 minutes away, and the airport 18 minutes away. Highly recommended. Cheers!
