The location worked well for us, around a 20-minute walk from the city center, and the price was great for Zadar. The apartment was roomy, clean, nicely decorated, and had plenty of equipment. We also found a large free parking lot across the road. Communication with the owners was good. The only drawback was some evening noise from the bar next door.

The washing machine was a real plus, and for a very short stay the place was okay. Cooling the second bedroom meant leaving all the doors open, since the air conditioner was only in one room. The area was noisy, with music from the local restaurant late into the evening and again early in the morning. Communication with the owners was difficult: they didn't speak much English and answered us in German when we tried to talk.

There’s a cafe in the building and a big supermarket very nearby, which was handy. Inside, the rooms looked freshly renovated and matched the booking website photos, including the gold sink and rain shower. Everything we needed was there, and the room had coffee and refreshments. It was very clean, tucked away in a secluded spot, and the hostess was lovely. I’d stay here again if I return!

The host was polite and pleasant, and the center of Zadar is about a 10-15 minute walk away. We stayed just one night while passing through. The room was small, but comfortable and nice, with a hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, and stove.

Small apartment, but it has what you need. The beds were really comfortable, and being able to make the place completely dark at night was much appreciated. The owner was kind and very helpful with information and suggestions for the area's most beautiful beaches.
