The room was clean, and that’s the only reason for the one star. Hot water was lacking, or you had to time your shower for when the neighbors weren’t using theirs. At night it felt like a full brothel here. I wouldn’t come with small children. Nobody keeps order, and people go out and have sex right outside your room door, where little kids can hear it all. I’ve stayed in many hotels and never seen anything like it. When we met, the owner seemed interested only in getting paid for the room, nothing more. I don’t recommend this place.

Getting into Zadar was easy by bus, or just a short taxi ride. The hosts were friendly and gave us useful information, and the apartments are well equipped for the price. Highly recommend!

The Adriatic is just a minute away, and Zadar is about a ten-minute bus ride. Nevin and Anita were excellent hosts. The apartments were clean and well cared for, with all the modern conveniences.
