We had more than enough room for two adults and two kids, with a spacious living room, big kitchen, two large bedrooms, one smaller bedroom, and two toilets. We stayed nearly two weeks at the start of July, when it was sunny and 28-34c, and spent loads of time at the house, especially in the pool. The kids loved playing in it all day. The owners live on the ground floor and were always helpful, genuinely lovely people. It’s a perfect spot for a family holiday, and we’d definitely return if we get the chance.

The hosts made us feel like family from the moment we arrived at Apartments J.B Exclusive in Zadar. They even had us over for a barbecue dinner and surprised my friend, whose birthday fell during our visit, with a delicious cake. I stayed there with friends and it was an unforgettable experience. If you want more than just a place to sleep, this is a lovely choice. Thanks for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back!

We managed just fine without a car, even though the apartment is 3km from the city centre. Buses leave from a nearby stop every half-hour, and walking takes about 40 minutes. The hosts were the best part, so friendly and obliging. The apartment was huge, spotless, and better equipped than any rental I’ve stayed in. The pool was especially welcome in Zadar’s hot summer weather. We had a great time, and I’d recommend it.

The penthouse is spacious and well equipped, and having a pool and barbecue oven made the stay special. Gordana and her husband welcomed my friends and me so warmly and treated us like family all week. They invited us to a barbecue, and Gordana baked us a delicious cake. I spent the first week of September here and wholeheartedly recommend it. We had a wonderful time, and I’d love to return one day.

The pool and barbecue area made for such a lovely time, and the apartment also had a balcony. It was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Gordona’s hospitality, kindness, and friendliness made our stay one of my most memorable days of 2023. I’d love to go back someday ❤️
